What is FNL?

The California Friday Night Live (FNL) program was developed it 1984.

It began as a plot program dedicated to reducing the numbers of deaths and injuries caused by teen motorist driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.

FNL is a student-led club on the high school campuses throughout Sacramento County.

FNL provides the opportunity for young people to build positive relationships with others, create change, and make a difference in their school and in the community.

Students advocate for issues that matter to then and plan and implement community service projects and activities for young people.

Our Vision

FNL vision is to work hand in-hand with young people so that they are both problem free and fully prepared.  Also, help Builds partnerships for positive and healthy youth development, engaging youth as active leaders and resources in their communities.
