Get Started: Career Exploration

Career is defined as "an occupation or profession, esp. one requiring special training, followed as one's lifework"  (www.dictionary.reference.com). To choose a career, take your time to do the research to get it right, whether you are choosing a career for the first time or for the tenth time.

Career exploration is different from job searching. Job searching is a short term goal to meet your current financial and career skill needs. Career exploration is a long process that involves many areas such as self-assessments, education, skill development, and more.

On this site, we have provided you tools and website references to get you started on your search for the right career for you. So what are you waiting for? Get started!
